Your child can be enrolled at Mougins School from the age of 3, starting in our Early Years programme. We welcome children throughout their school journey and support each family individually to ensure a smooth and happy transition into our school community.

Yes, it is possible to enrol at any time of the year, provided there is availability in the requested class. For more information about the process, please visit our Admissions page, where our team will be happy to guide you through the next steps.

The admissions process at Mougins School is simple and efficient:

• Submit an application, along with the child’s school report.

• Take part in optional taster days on campus, allowing students to experience life at Mougins School and meet our community firsthand. These taster days are especially recommended for children with specific learning needs (such as dyslexia, dyscalculia etc...).

• The Head of School, along with the relevant Primary or Secondary Head, reviews the application.

• Families are informed of the decision, ensuring that every child finds a supportive and enriching environment in our  international community.

Yes, when necessary. Admission is on a first come, first served basis.

From the ages of 3 to 14 years we can help the students to learn English through our support team. As part of the admission process, we can ask your child to test their English to determine his/her English level. According to the result, we will place him/her in the right English group and he/she may have additional English support, which is provided in the curriculum.

From 14 years old, a good level of English is compulsory, as they have to be proficient enough in English to follow the IGCSE or A-level examinations. As part of the admission process at this stage, your child will sit for an entry test to assess their English proficiency.

The application fee is a non-refundable payment that covers the administrative costs of the application process.

Mougins School does not offer any financial aid.

Yes, Mougins School offers additional help for special learning needs. This team is designed to provide help for pupils with specific learning difficulties such as Dyslexia, a minor form of Dyspraxia and ADHD or other needs involving organizational and study skills, with support to help them cope in the classroom environment. *Please note that this service is not included in our tuition fees.

Mougins British International School has a maximum of 575 students aged 3 to 18. We maintain a maximum of 22/24 children per class but size will vary according to options and subjects studied.

Mougins British International School offers an international education for children aged three to 18. As a British International School, Mougins School is heavily influenced by the English National Curriculum but placed within an international context. Students will benefit from all of the traditions and heritage of a British-style education, recognised and respected across the world.

As a British International School, English is the language of instruction; however, all students learn French and Spanish according to their own level (Beginner, Advanced Intermediate or Francophone).

We have 53 different nationalities at the moment.

Yes. We offer French and Spanish as part of our curriculum. In addition, students may study another language during the extracurricular Thrive programme.

Mougins School students have gone on to pursue their higher education studies at top colleges and universities all over the world. Our mentor programme is working closely with the students and their parents to ensure a good match of university choices and to help them throughout the application process.

All students have class from Monday to Friday (including Wednesday) Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday from 8.30am to 4.00pm Wednesday from 8.30am to 3.00pm.

From September 2023, our students must be in visible Mougins British School uniform top when in school and wear the Mougins School PE kit during PE lessons. Families can mix and match between the polo shirt or the shirt, and for colder weather they can add the hoodie or the jumper.

Mougins International School provides a nutritious and healthy hot lunch service every day. All dishes are prepared by a chef directly on site and students have a choice of entrees, main course, cheese, yoghurt and dessert.

Yes, we do have an on-site free parking available.
