Students from Mougins British School Perform at Iconic Palais Bulles for Nelson Mandela Children's Fund
Julie Dufaye

A group of talented students from Mougins British International School, a leading international school based in Mougins, had the remarkable opportunity to perform at the world-famous Palais Bulles during a prestigious concert in support of the Nelson Mandela Children's Fund.

Set against the breathtaking backdrop of the French Riviera, the event brought together artists, supporters, and changemakers for an evening of music and philanthropy. The futuristic and artistic design of the Palais Bulles, known as one of the most unique architectural landmarks in Europe, created an unforgettable atmosphere for both performers and guests.

Fifteen students from our private british school — Diane, Juliette, Davide, Soffia, Egor, Noah, Alexandre, Louis, Poppy, Gigi, Caterina, Amira, Beth, Emily, and Emillia — took the stage with confidence and passion. Their performance was not only a showcase of musical talent, but a powerful display of empathy and dedication to global causes.

Throughout the evening, the students impressed the audience with their harmony, stage presence, and professionalism — a reflection of the school's commitment to nurturing both artistic excellence and personal development. Mougins School, located in the heart of Sofia Antipolis, is known for fostering creativity, multicultural values, and community engagement. This performance was a perfect example of those values in action.

The concert, organised to raise funds and awareness for the Nelson Mandela Children’s Fund, was a meaningful opportunity for the students to use their voices in support of children’s rights and education across the globe. Their participation highlighted the strong sense of social responsibility instilled at Mougins School and underscored the school's belief that education extends far beyond the classroom.

The event was a proud moment for the school and the Mougins community, with students representing their peers with grace, heart, and talent on a global stage.
