6th Form Students: Crafting a Better Future for Children
Julie Dufaye
Meet Vanessa, Rayane, and Zoé, three 6th Form students from Mougins School who are turning their passion into purpose. Through their entrepreneurial project, they create handcrafted aromatherapy products designed to relieve stress and anxiety, while championing a greater cause. With all profits donated to Kiwanis, these students are not only crafting high-quality items but also helping children in need gain access to vital medical care and support.
We are a team of three passionate teenage girls—Vanessa, Rayane, and Zoe—dedicated to making a positive impact. Our handcrafted products, created with carefully selected essential oils, are designed to promote stress and anxiety relief through the art of aromatherapy. Each item is carefully made by Vanessa, our group’s chemist, using the traditional cold saponification method and organic ingredients.
Our mission goes beyond creating products. We are committed to supporting children facing challenges, particularly those struggling with mental health issues. We firmly believe that every child deserves equal access to medical care and emotional support. Sadly, many young people, especially those from financially disadvantaged backgrounds, are left without the treatment or assistance they desperately need.
To address this, we donate all profits from our sales to Kiwanis, a renowned international organization dedicated to improving the well-being of children. Kiwanis provides essential resources, support, and opportunities to sick or handicapped children and teens, helping them lead better lives.
We are convinced that with our collective efforts, we can sensibilize more, offer real support and encourage a better understanding of the importance of solidarity within young adults. Together, we can contribute to a future where each child has access to medical care and necessary support.
