In LifeMatters, our sixth form students started the year with some self care. Through a mindfulness workshop delivered by life and wellbeing coach Anne-Fabienne, students learnt how to get into good well-being habits to kick-start their studies.
Anne-Fabienne led students through exercises in meditative breathing and demonstrated research-led strategies for mindful stress reduction.
Anne-Fabienne thoroughly enjoyed meeting and teaching the 6th form students during this mindfulness and stress management workshop. She hopes that the toolkit they gained insight into "will be invaluable for navigating the decisive and challenging years of school and will continue to support them in the years to come."
LifeMatters is our bespoke programme for sixth formers that covers study skills, health and wellbeing, and university counselling. It runs from 3-4pm on a Tuesday each week.
