Tell us about yourself
Hello my name is Abigail, I am a passionate educator; avid sportswomen and proud book-worm. As eclectic and diverse as my hobbies, skills and interests are, I will be teaching Maths, PE and working within the Launchpad at Mougins School this year.
I endeavour to inspire my students across ages and subjects in a love for all learning.
Tell us about your greatest achievement
My greatest professional moment was becoming a level 3 Forest School leader. I look forward to aiding future implementation of these sessions at Mougins School to help reconnect students with nature; increase awareness of the environment and place learning in the real world around us.
What has been your steepest learning curve?
Each new change in my career so far has posed equal challenges. The greatest lesson I have learned is to see these difficulties as opportunities for development in strength and resilience and to open my mind to new possibilities.
Mougins School is a great place because...
Mougins School is a great place because it welcomes everyone of different backgrounds, talents and needs with open arms, and has a tangible feeling of support and care across the staff, parents and students, which enables all to prosper.
Anything to share with the community?
I’m excited to participate in the Secondary Sports Day on October 4th! I can’t wait to see all four houses showcase their sports skills and bring their A-game. Looking forward to an amazing day of competition and fun!
