Dione Smith & Lise Cudin

This is an important time of year for our Mougins British International School community when our Year 13 Early Applicants start to receive offers from their universities. The official deadline for the UK through UCAS is the 26th of January, with other parts of the world much later, so not all offers are expected for several months.

However, the Sixth form mentoring team is delighted to announce that Maria Z has received an offer from the University of Pennsylvania and Charlotte S is headed to Oxford University to study Biomedical Science.
We are extremely proud of this accomplishment and wish them the best of luck. Look out for upcoming interviews from our students focusing on how they achieved places in the Ivy League and Oxbridge.

Mougins School year 13 students have also secured offers at other top Russell Group Universities this year such as University of Exeter, University of Bath, Queen Mary and King's College London. Most importantly, our students are identifying the right courses for them and the best fit universities to aim for and apply to.

Our Sixth form team is busy supporting them through counseling, essay / letter writing as well as creating strong letters of recommnedation and intervew and portfolio preparation. It is a very individual process that requires much time and attention.

Our University Counselor Mrs Smith is always happy to address any questions or concerns you may have about this process. Stay tuned for bespoke information sessions and university events both in and outside of school.
